3 Ingredient Fruit Dip ~ plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey blended to make this delicious healthy fruit dip that takes just 5 minutes to make. Serve with your favorite seasonal fruit for a crowd-pleasing party appetizer or light dessert.

May I ask a personal question? How do you feel about skinny dipping?

Not THAT kind! I’m talking about dipping seasonal fruits into the most delicious, healthy skinny dip ever.

Skinny dipping. Now that that’s behind us you’ve probably noticed I probably toss the word ‘easy’ around quite a bit, but this recipe takes the cake . . . er, dip.

One bowl, one spoon, three ingredients. Boom. You’ve made 3 Ingredient Fruit Dip.

Plus there’s a good chance you already have all the ingredients on hand. Of course, since it’s a fruit dip you’ll need fruit as well, but the dip . . .  just three ingredients.

Do you want to know what they are?

All that’s needed for this dip is: plain Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey. Blended together, the first swipe of your finger into this dip (you’re a swiper, too right?) will send you straight to dessert nirvana.

What makes this dip healthy?

There are great things that happen to your body when you eat just one of the three ingredients. How about 8 more benefits of another one of the ingredients?

My daughter first introduced me to this recipe. Neither of us know who actually created it and though I don’t generally preach health and wellness or post figure friendly recipes, when one comes along that’s so in your face good, it has to be shared.

I’ve made it many times and even eaten it by the spoonful like pudding without a single regret. It has just the right amount of sweet I crave after a meal. So without further ado.

What’s in this 3 Ingredient Fruit Dip?

  1. nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  2. peanut butter
  3. honey

3 ingredients in a bowl labeled with what each is

How do I make this 3 Ingredient Fruit Dip?

Measure the ingredients to a bowl then mix by hand until everything is completely combined.  Optional: give it a little drizzle of honey over the top then add your favorite seasonal fruit, pretzels or graham crackers and start dipping. Be sure to try it with apples in the fall!

How long will any leftover dip keep?

Leftovers will keep up to one week stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
