How true, there’s no place like home and your own bed. This recipe really looks good…great idea. Always looking for a new breakfast recipe, and I like these ideas. Avocado, egg,& cheese really sounds good. Need to get some Stonefire flatbread and I’m all set. Pinned. Thanks.
Hi Mary – I love a good breakfast at home I can enjoy with a cup of coffee while still in my pajamas! Thank you!!
Bernie – super yummy! Made these this morning and they were excellent! My only issue was my x-large eggs ran over the side of the mini naan’s just a bit. I think I’ll use large eggs next time. We both enjoyed them, even tho they weren’t as ‘pretty’ as yours! I’m becoming quite the cook with your blog recipes! Hope all is well with you.
Hi Jeannie – good hearing from you! 🙂 Thank you! So glad you liked the recipe. I haven’t made it in quite a while but after I saw your comment I made it again this morning. Awww – I appreciate the kind words – we’re doing okay – hope you two are as well. Take care – 🙂
Super simple to make in a jiffy! Love how easy it is to customize too!
