Air Fryer Fried Pickles ~ Crunchy dill pickle chips with crispy breading air fried and served up with a creamy, spicy sauce.
Last week I ran a poll on Instagram and Facebook because for the life of me I couldn’t decide between making these Air Fryer Fried Pickles with a spicy dipping sauce or Air Fryer Ravioli with Marinara. I know ~ big decisions, right? It was close, but the Pickles won.
You may have already tried deep fried pickles in a restaurant but wondered if you could make air fryer dill pickle chips at home. Wonder no more.
These dill pickles are breaded then air fried using just a light spritz of cooking spray. The result is crispy, breaded tangy dill pickles served up with a creamy spicy sauce. It’s a delicious flavor explosion you can’t get enough of.
Easy, creamy, spicy Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese recipe ~ lightly seasoned with ranch, blended with 3 kinds of cheese for maximum creaminess and cooks all in one pot.Buffalo chicken, meet macaroni and cheese. It really is a match made in heaven. This is one recipe my kids both love. The last time I made it when they were over, one daughter stood at the stove and ate it right out of the pot with barely a breath between bites.
The other has been “encouraging” me to make it again but only a weekend so she can come by and have some, too. I can’t argue with that logic.
Bottom line, if you love classic spicy buffalo wings and creamy mac and cheese, this is your recipe. But don’t wait for someone to make it for you ~ learn how to make Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese yourself. Cheesy, creamy and spicy. A must for mac lovers.
This Boozy Brownies recipe was written by my daughter, Lauren Dezenski who was on her way to Peru in this photo. Lauren works in advertising, loves good food and wine and is always on the lookout for her next travel adventure!
Summer is my season, but I welcome fall and all that it brings: boots and scarves, all things pumpkin and tailgate season for those of us more interested in the social aspect of football. Which brings me to Boozy Brownies.
I’ll be the first to admit that I can get a little competitive when it comes to bringing food to a party. Let’s be honest…Pinterest has me and the rest of the world in a frenzy about bringing THE best dish.
Now everyone has access to everything from cutting edge fashion to must-see travel destinations, ways to get fit and of course a recipe for every occasion.
Reuben Wonton Cupcakes ~ corned beef, kraut, 2 kinds of cheese and thousand island dressing baked in an easy bite size wonton cup.
It’s hard to believe but it’s been two years since I took a leap of faith and began this food blog journey. Last year I wrote a piece on the one year anniversary, still feeling my way through after reading articles like ‘How to Start a Blog’ in just a few ‘easy’ steps.
Contrary to much of what’s online, it’s not easy and it’s not free but I’m grateful to be here, still writing and still cooking. There’s no where else I’d rather be.
Last year in lieu of a celebratory blogiversary cake, I shared one of my favorite recipes. This year we’ll blow out a candle with these Reuben Wonton Cupcakes.
If the thought of a Reuben sandwich or Corned Beef and Cabbage excites you as much as it does me, you’ve come to the right place. They’ve become one of my top recipes as well as being a family favorite.
