2 Ingredient Dough

Delicious no yeast dough in minutes! Plain Greek yogurt and flour~ easy-to-make dough for fresh baked dinner rolls, bagels, naan flatbread, pizza, naan and more! Weight Watcher friendly too!

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Self-rising flour
  • NOTE: for all purpose flour use 1 cup AP flour + 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • Dust a flat surface with flour.
  • In a medium size bowl add the self rising flour and plain Greek yogurt then blend using a wooden spoon until roughly blended.
  • Transfer the dough to a flat surface dusted with flour. Your dough should be slightly tacky but not sticky and shouldn't leave dough on your hands.
  • Knead the dough several times until the surface is smooth and you can form a ball then section the dough into 6 approximately equal pieces. From here you can make rolls, pizza, naan, etc per instructions in the body of this post.
    NOTE: Depending on the moisture content of your yogurt you may need more flour. If necessary, add more flour one tablespoon at a time (all-purpose flour can be used).
