  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach about 1 cup packed
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 0% fat used
  • 3-4 tablespoons water or to desired consistency
  • 1 handful ice cubes


  • Load all the ingredients into your blender then blend until smooth. Adjust water amount to your liking.
