Air Fryer Baked Potato
Easy, perfectly cooked steakhouse style baked potatoes every time! Fluffy potato inside, crispy skin outside. The side dish that goes with almost everything!
Servings: 1 person
- 1 russet potato
- 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees then wash and thoroughly dry the potatoes. Poke a few holes in the potatoes with a fork or sharp knife then rub all over with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Once the potatoes are seasoned, load them into the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes or until fork tender (larger potatoes may take more time) turning them over halfway through the cooking time.
When the potatoes are finished cooking, make a slit in the top then add your favorite toppings and eat right away.
