Raspberry Mojito ~ fresh raspberry flavor added to the classic Mojito.
- 2 shots (1 ½ ounces each) of Havana Club or other white rum
- 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 1 lime sliced thin
- Club soda
- 10-12 raspberries + extra raspberries for garnish
Add three slices of lime to the bottom of a short glass then sprinkle on the sugar and add the mint leaves and raspberries.
Muddle the lime, sugar, mint and raspberries together extracting all the flavor from the mint. You should have an amazing minty aroma.
Add the rum and ice, top it off with club soda then stir well and garnish with extra berries and a lime slice.
