Greek Layered Dip

7-Layer Greek Layered Dip with hummus, tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta and fresh dill. Serve with veggies or toasted pita.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 3/4 cup tzatziki
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • On a plate or shallow pan (such as a pie plate), spread a layer of hummus then add tzatziki on top of the hummus.
  • Dab the diced tomatoes and finely chopped cucumber with paper towels to remove any excess moisture then scatter them over the tzatziki.
  • Top with sliced Kalamata olives, crumbed Feta and finish with a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 15 minutes up to overnight.
  • Serve with toasted naan or pita.
