Air Fryer Kielbasa (polish sausage)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces kielbasa smoke sausage
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400° and lightly spritz the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Slice the sausage into thick slices or large chunks. Place in the air fryer basket in a mostly single layer.
  • Air fry 6-8 minutes pausing to shake the basket halfway through. 
    Note: Cooking time will vary slightly. It’s finished finished cooking when they’re browned to your preference with lightly crisp edges.
  • Remove cooked kielbasa slices from the air fryer. Serve and enjoy

Notes

I prefer the sausage golden with crispy edges. Check at 6 minutes and continue to air fry to your preference.
This recipe works for all kinds of sausage - smoked and fresh.
