Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground meat chicken, beef or turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk any kind
  • 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl. Combine with your hands until blended without overmixing (makes meatballs dry and dense).
  • Use a 1″ scooper to form the meatballs (eyeball if you don’t have one). Make larger meatballs if you prefer larger meatballs. Adjust cook time accordingly.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees (this helps crisp the outside of the meatballs). Lightly spray with cooking spray. Transfer as many meatballs as will fit in your air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Cook meatballs 8-10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from air fryer, serve plain or with your favorite sauces and sides.
