Equipment

  • high speed blender OR food processor

Ingredients

  • 1-2 whole habanero peppers start with one, add more to taste (seed and remove stem)
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple cubed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 whole lime juiced
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor OR high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth or desired consistency. Add to glass jar or other airtight container. Refrigerate 15 minutes to let flavors come together.
  • Serve chilled or room temp.

Notes

Habanero peppers are powerful. Start with one pepper, blend and add more to taste.
