baking sheet
parchment paper
- 1 box white cake mix 15.25 ounce size
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sprinkles *or other BONUS ingredient* see body of post for suggestions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, blend the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until combined then stir in the sprinkles by hand (no mixer).
Roll the dough into 1 1/2" balls (I used a 1 1/2″ scooper) then use your hands to form a smooth ball.
Pour the sprinkles into a bowl. Roll the dough balls into the sprinkles to coat then transfer to the baking sheet about 2″ apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden on the edges.
Remove from the oven and leave on the baking sheet 2 timed minutes then transfer to a wire baking rack to finish cooling. Store in an airtight container on the counter up to 3 days.
