- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt sea salt used
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 12 ounce beer Labatt used - or your favorite!
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350° then melt the butter and brush about 1 tablespoon of the butter inside the 8″ x 4″ loaf pan.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a medium mixing bowl then whisk to combine and aerate the flour.
Measure in the honey then slowly add the beer and stir just to combine without overmixing. Pour into the prepared loaf pan then drizzle the remaining melted butter over the top.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool 10 minutes before slicing.
