6ouncepackage bread cheesecut in 1" cubes
1/2 -1tablespoonolive oilenough to cover bottom of skillet
1tablespoonhoneyor more to taste
1wholelemoncut in wedges
1/4cuppomegranate arils (seeds)
Instructions
Cut bread cheese into about 1" squares.
To a large skillet add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of the skillet you're using) over medium to medium-high heat.
Swirl the oil to coat the bottom of the skillet then add cheese in a single layer leaving a little room between pieces.
Saute cheese, turning until all sides are browned then remove from the skillet.
The cheese is ready to eat just as it is OR drizzle on honey, lemon juice and pomegranate seeds.
