To a medium bowl add cream cheese, yogurt, olive oil, garlic (minced or use garlic press), chopped dill, lemon juice and zest.
Using a hand mixer on high, whip until smooth then stir in feta cheese by hand.
TIPS:
I recommend buying ablock of fetaand crumble it yourself. Block feta is usually higher in quality and the taste is better.
Start with 1 or 2 garlic cloves mincing or using a garlic press then add more garlic slowly until you reach the garlic flavor you're looking for.
Transfer to a shallow bowl or serving plate, drizzle a little olive oil and (optional) garnish with your favorites. Serve right away or chilled with naan or pita, baguette, pita chips, fresh vegetables or pretzels.
