Individual Charcuterie Cups

Meats:
- 6 ounces salami
- 6 prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks
Cheeses:
- 4 ounces smoked gouda cheese cubed
- 4 ounces havarti dill cheese cubed
- 4 ounces brie cheese slices
Fruits and Extras:
- 6 single wrapped Ghiradelli or other chocolates
- 1 1/2 cups pistachios
- 6 small pickles/cornichons or olives
- 2-3 per cup green and red grapes
- 1 cup blackberries
- 6 fresh rosemary sprigs
- fig jam small container on the side
- 6 tall flat crackers or slim breadsticks
Choose your container. The 9 ounce plastic cups shown worked well for me.
Fold salami, cube cheese and wash fruit (be sure to dry really well!).
Add nuts to the bottom of each cup. This adds stability to the skewers and they're good to munch on too.
Start adding items to your skewers with a mix of ingredients - hard cheese, cheese, fresh fruit and something punchy like olives or mini pickles. NOTE: the cups don't have to look exactly the same! Add a flat cracker or breadsticks just before serving. Taller crackers or breadsticks give height variance and look better. Pop in a fresh herb garnish for some wow factor and you're ready to serve!
