Add the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, onion, parsley, garlic, powder, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Using your hands blend the turkey mixture together until combined without overmixing.
Using a small, 1" scooper (about 1 tablespoon) form the meatball mixture into balls, transferring to the baking sheet.
Preheat the air fryer to 350° then lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry 7-9 minutes total, shaking the basket halfway through to turn the meatballs over and brown them evenly.
Remove from the air fryer when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees (slightly less is okay because they’ll continue to cook after they’re removed from the AF). See body of post for serving suggestions!
