Best Breakfast Pizza

- 2 personal size naan breads
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste (or sub salt and pepper)
- 2/3 cup smoked gouda cheese shredded (can sub any melty cheese)
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked to crisp and diced
- 1/2 cup microgreens can sub spinach
Preheat oven to 400 degrees then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place naan bread on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the naan then add cooked bacon around the edges.
Add a small pile of microgreens pressing in the center ot form a nest for the egg.Crack the egg into the 'nest' then season with Everything Bagel (or salt and pepper) along with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until the egg whites are set. Optional: switch to broil for 10-20 seconds until the cheese is golden brown. Eat right away.
