Easy Christmas Popcorn
The ultimate sweet-savory holiday snack mix. Quick and easy - uses bagged popcorn -plus white chocolate, milk chocolate, M&M’s, mini pretzels and a shower of festive sprinkles.

- 8 cups pre-popped bagged popcorn salted, no butter
- 10 ounces white choolate candy melts Ghiradelli used
- 9 ounce red/green holiday M&M's peanut butter used (any variety works)
- 1 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup milk chocolate candy melts Ghiradelli used
- 2-3 tablespoons holiday sprinkles
- parchment paper for easy clean up
Spread popcorn on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Add white candy melts to a medium size microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir and heat another 30 seconds or until the candy is melted and can be easily stirred smooth.
Drizzle half of the white chocolate over the popcorn. Add M&M’s and pretzels then give it a gentle stir to combine. Pour the remaining white chocolate over the popcorn and gently stir again until the popcorn is evenly coated.
Melt milk chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring until the candy is melted and smooth.
Transfer milk chocolate to a quart size ziplock bag or piping bag. Snip a small corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate over the popcorn. Immediately add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
Cool on the baking sheet on the counter so the chocolate hardens. Break into chunks and add to bowls or a Christmas tin.
