Tips:

Prebagged popcorn make this easy recipe even easier.
I used Ghiradelli candy melts. Wilton candy melts is another good option.
Need this popcorn in a hurry? Pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to let it harden.

🍿 How to make Christmas Popcorn:

Spread popcorn on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a mostly single layer.

Add white candy melts to a medium size microwave safe bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir and heat another 30 seconds or until the candy is melted and can be stirred smooth.

Drizzle half of the white chocolate over the popcorn. Add M&M’s and pretzels then give it a gentle stir to combine. Pour the remaining white chocolate over the popcorn and gently stir again until the popcorn is evenly coated.

Melt milk chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring until the candy is melted and smooth.

Transfer to a quart size ziplock bag. Snip a small corner then drizzle milk chocolate over the popcorn. Immediately add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.

Let the popcorn cool on the baking sheet on the counter. Break into chunks and add to bowls or a Christmas tin

Storage:

Store Christmas Popcorn in an airtight container at room temp in a cool, dry place for up to 4 days. This popcorn doesn’t freeze well because it changes the texture of the popcorn and pretzels.
