Frozen Chocolate Banana Yogurt Bites
This easy NO BAKE dessert is the perfect summertime treat. Frozen banana slices, crispy pretzels, greek yogurt and honey covered in dark chocolate. Finish with sea salt or colored sprinkles.

- 2-3 firm ripe bananas sliced into 1/2" rounds
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces dark chocolate chips OR bar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- square or other mini pretzels
Optional Toppings:
- sea salt
- colored sprinkles
- crushed pretzels
Line mini muffin tin with paper liners. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set both aside. In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract.
Peel bananas and slice into about 1/2″ rounds. Place banana slices on the baking sheet.
Top each banana slice with a small spoonful of the yogurt mixture then transfer baking sheet to the freezer for 15-20 minutes or until set. Note: instead of spooning, you can also transfer yogurt mixture to zip top bag and pipe onto banana slices.
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwavable bowl. Microwave at 20 second internals until melted and smooth stirring occasionally.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each paper liner. Top with a pretzel then one frozen banana yogurt.
Spoon additional chocolate over the banana yogurt until just covered then (optional) sprinkle toppings such as sea salt, crushed pretzels or colored sprinkles over the top.
Return to the freezer 1-2 hours or until completely frozen. When you’re ready to eat, remove from the freezer and let them sit for 2-3 minutes.
