1cupfresh basil leaves
1/2cupfresh dill
1/2cupfresh mint leaves
1/2cupparsley
2smallcloves garlicminced
1scalliondiced
3teaspoonscapers
2tablespoonslemon juiceor more to taste
1/4cupolive oil
1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
1/3cupplain Greek yogurt
salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Remove stems from herbs then add the following ingredients to a food processor:basil, dill, mint, parsley, minced garlic, diced scallions, capers, lemon juice, olive oil
Pulse until combined then add feta cheese and yogurt. Continue blending until combined. Taste and season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
Serve with fresh sliced vegetables, pita chips or crackers.
