This is an updated version of the 70’s Green Goddess Dip served up Mediterranean style with creamy Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, feta cheese and fresh lemon juice to bring all the bright flavors together.

INGREDIENTS FOR GREEK GODDESS DIP:

  • fresh basil, dill, mint and parsley
  • garlic cloves
  • scallion
  • capers
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • salt and black pepper

HOW TO MAKE GREEK GODDESS DIP:

Remove stems from herbs then add the following ingredients to a food processor:

  • basil
  • dill
  • mint
  • Italian parsley
  • minced garlic
  • sliced scallions 
  • capers 
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil

Pulse until combined then add feta cheese and yogurt. Continue pulsing until combined then taste and season with sea salt (or kosher salt) and black pepper to taste.

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 small cloves garlic minced
  • 1 scallion diced
  • 3 teaspoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or more to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove stems from herbs then add the following ingredients to a food processor:
