  • 1 medium ripe banana peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup fresh spinach about 1 handful
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 0% fat used
  • 2-4 tablespoons water or to desired consistency
