Ingredients you’ll need for ground turkey sliders:
- lean ground turkey
- olive oil
- butter
- sea salt or kosher salt and black pepper
- garlic powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- diced yellow onion
- regular mayonnaise
- pepper jack cheese slices
- shredded cheddar cheese
- slider rolls
- melted butter
- sesame seeds
- chipotle mayonnaise
How to make easy Turkey Burger Sliders:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions, season lightly with salt and black pepper then cook until softened and lightly golden then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet, add ground turkey and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and a teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Cook until no longer pink and cooked through then stir in regular mayo.
Butter a baking sheet. Place slider roll bottoms only on the baking sheet keeping them attached.
Layer cheese slices, then ground turkey mixture, a drizzle of the chipotle mayo burger sauce, onions and shredded cheese. Top with buns leaving them attached.
Melt butter and combine with sesame seeds. Brush over the top of the buns then bake 10–12 minutes. Slice or pull apart and serve warm with extra chipotle mayo for dipping.

- 2 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise or to taste
Instructions
