- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces smoked gouda cheese rind removed, freshly shredded on fine setting
- 3-4 strips thick cut bacon cooked to crisp and crumbled
Instructions
- Cook bacon to crisp in a skillet, oven or air fryer – any method you prefer. Cool, crumble and set aside.
- Using a box grater, finely shred the gouda cheese and set it aside.
