How to make Air Fryer Bang Bang Chicken Skewers:
Blend olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add raw chicken pieces, toss to coat well then skewer chicken (3-4 per skewer depending on the size of the skewers).

Combine Bang Bang Sauce ingredients in a small bowl then pour about a cup of the bang bang sauce into a separate bowl and set aside the remaining sauce.

Brush sauce over all sides of the chicken (discard any remaining sauce in this bowl).
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees then lightly spray with cooking spray.
Place skewers in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).

Air fry for 9-12 minutes or until golden and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, turning the skewers over about halfway through cooking.

Drizzle a little of the reserved Bang Bang Sauce over the skewers and serve right away with the extra sauce for dipping.

Note: cooking times will vary with air fryers and size of the chicken pieces.
Tips for the best air fryer chicken skewers:
- Use wooden skewers or metal skewers.
- Be sure your skewers fit in your air fryer. This will vary with the size of your air fryer.
- Cube chicken into approximately equal sizes for even cooking.
- Use a meat thermometer so the chicken is cooked through but not overcooked.
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Cook in batches depending on the size of the air fryer if all the skewers don’t fit in a single layer.
