How to assemble a Christmas Fruit Wreath:

In short, we’re going to arrange the fresh fruit in a wreath shape. It’s that easy!
Prep the fruit: wash, dry really well and slice strawberries and kiwi. It’s important the fruit is super dry (blot and blot again with paper towels) so it doesn’t get soggy.
On a large round plate or board (about 12″ diameter), place a small bowl in the center of the wreath to hold the fruit dip.
Arrange green grapes in a ring to create the base of the wreath. Layer sliced strawberries and raspberries then add peeled, sliced kiwi. Last add a spinkle of pomegrate seeds.

Tuck fresh mint leaves around the circle. The greenery gives the wreath a finishing touch. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Tips and FAQ:
- Can I make this ahead of time? Yes – wash and dry well – heatier fruit, like grapes or peel kiwi. Raspberries and strawberries are more fragile. Wash and dry them just before making the weath. Store washed fruit in the fridge in separate containers so the colors don’t bleed.
- Dry the fruit well so it doesn’t get mushy.
- Is the white center of the kiwi edible? Yes – it’s perfectly safe to eat.
- Assemble up to 4 hours ahead of time. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and pop in the fridge.
- Build the wreath on the serving platter so you don’t have to transfer it.
- Swap various fruits – blackberries, red grapes – mandarin orange segments for a pop or color.
